I want to open any spreadsheet that is already ready, but nothing happens, just a white screen. It's like the spreadsheet flashes, but nothing is displayed.

Have you tried Badunit's method (quit Numbers and reopen Numbers)?
If Badunit's method did not work, save all your work, quit all apps and Shut Down your device.
Restart your device and launch Numbers. Reopen that naughty document.
Any improvement?

Did you try closing the Numbers app then restarting it? I do not know your skill/knowledge level. I mean actually closing it and restarting it, not going away from it and coming back to it (like my mother in law would do and say she had "closed" the app).
