Is the iTunes store no longer used for downloading TV shows?

I've purchased & downloaded every season of American Horror Story via iTunes. Yesterday I discovered that a new season exists that I don't have. So I fire-up iTunes and go to the store to search for it.

Nothing. It's not even showing the previous 9 seasons that I've already purchased.

Help.
