Unable to download matched songs on any of my devices.

I am subscribed to iTunes Match but any song that is showing a cloud status of "Matched" will not download or play on any of my devices.



Inhale multiple devices, iPhones, iPad, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. It seems like I am paying extra for the pleasure of Apple denying me access to music I have in my account :-)

Not seeing any issues at Apple - Support - System Status. I can stream from my cloud library. Do you have any active VPN software? Have you tried rebooting your router and your computer since this issue started?

It's not going to be a router / broadband issue, perhaps I could have been clearer in my initial description.

I can download all my songs that have been purchased or uploaded, it's just any that are showing a Cloud Status of "Matched" will not download / sync with any of my devices.

My iTunes match subscription expires today and I have not renewed as an experiment to see if once it is not matching my songs they will show as a status of 'Uploaded" and then allow me to download them.

I'll let you know how I get on.

BTW I also do not use a VPN.
