iPhone 13 change to weird blue purple green monochrome colors how to fix

I installed a couple of updates but I don't know exactly when it started happening maybe a month ago it just might if I pull up a photo it looks like it's reverse colors monochrome blue green is so weird and then the colors on like you know my background and the standard colors on all the buttons just changed dramatically
