Locked Text boxes move when I return to my work.

This never happened before till now. What is going on?

After two hours re-fixing the moved text to their proper page, I set the text boxes in Arrange to "object Placement" to Stay on page. Then I set "Text Wrap" to None, then I lock the text boxes.

When I I return to the pages, and reopen the document, not a single text box is where it was originally positioned.

Some of them are 5-10 pages away.

I have wasted a few hours on this important paper.
