How to request a refund from Apple for accidental subscriptions?
“I accidentally subscribed to the yearly VIP plan without realizing it was an auto-renewal. I do not use this service and do not intend to. This purchase was unintentional, and I kindly ask for a refund. Although Apple previously denied my request, I sincerely hope you can reconsider and allow the refund. Thank you for your understanding.”

Original Title: The refund request was not accepted by Apple.”
If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.
Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:
Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.
Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, and all other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
Note—Once a decision has been made on your refund request, you will get a follow up email from Apple.
No one here is an Apple employee or Apple contractor and Apple Support does not monitor these forums. We here are just fellow users and a such have no input or control over refund request. You say your request was not accepted by Apple. There’s nothing we can do about it. You will have to continue contacting the App Store support group to see if it’s possible to escalate your denial. Sorry
