My iphone 15 pro’s battery health is decreasing after every 5 cycle counts it was started on 93% battery health when cycle counts was 296 now battery health is 88 and cycle counts are 319 that’s means after every 5 cycle counts there is decreasing 1% battery health please tell me what can i do?

The solution is to convince the Apple service center that your battery is defective when you take the phone in for service.
But, unless the battery is under 80% and you have owned the phone for less than a year, I think you will find that it will be very difficult to convince Apple service that your battery is defective.

I told you, wait til it gets to 79% and see if it is still under warranty. Nothing else to do, either by you or Apple.
Hope it gets down to 79 in the warranty period for a free battery.
