Unable to Reinstall Logic Pro from Previously Purchased Pro App Bundle

Speak to Apple Support. They should be able to see what's wrong on Apple's end or supply a new redemption code.

For App Store issues, or anything involving transactions or money that Apple is involved in, I always select Apple Pay Support. It's been a few years, but I recall being transferred to Apple Pay Support, so now I save time and go directly there.

Since the introduction of Logic 10 or X there was no paid update or upgrade. You only have/had to pay from Logic 9 (or lower) to Logic X / 10 BUT NOT from 10 to 11. The advice to contact Apple support is the best one.

Checking in the Mac App Store, it appears that Logic Pro has been upgraded since you bought it in Late 2023. Updates to paid apps are free, but upgrades, with major revisions, are usually paid.
