Mac's run macOS, iPhone's and iPad's run iOS.

Go to Apple > System Settings.. > Siri (Intel) or Apple Intelligence & Siri (Silicon) > turn off Siri.

I believe just the opposite. Turn Siri on but do not use and the reminder will disappear.

Perhaps. Another way to stop it, might be to change the Keyboard shortcut for Siri.
