How to stop pop up "Do you want to enable ask siri?"

After the update to iOS Sequoia 15.6.1 and using the keyboard on the MacBook Pro I keep on getting a pop-up "Do you want to enable Ask Siri?"..

I do not.... I have followed all instructions from Siri to Spotlight settings. Still this annoying and frustrating

pop-up shows.

I wish now and then throwing the laptop out of the window would solve this... Unfortunately it will not...

Many thanks in advance..

Pete

Cheeky remark meant in fun

One would need to be about 10 meters up for this to work, provided the landing spot was cement

On a serious not >>
