they send it from Europe also some website sell it iPhone With Sim card tray. but bassically they buy it from apple europe and send it to you , but apple care or warranty will no be valid in US

Nope. You’ll need to travel further afield, and the warranties are not international. And eSIM is expanding.

Some people also sell phones on eBay that are locked and not usable by you. Not sure what that has to do with what reason is needed for a Nano SIM in the US or the fact that the AppleCare warranty is not applicable. There are the considerations that need to be made.

And additionally, the Apple warranty coverage and any AppleCare coverage is not international.

You may have to return to the country of purchase for service, as service and repairs elseplanet will be at the discretion of Apple.

Is there a particular reason why you feel that you need a nanoSIM slot given that you’re purchasing a North American device?
