I want to print a selected range of Cells,
On the option 'Select", is explained that this is only for sheets but not for selected range of Cells

It is not a feature of Numbers to print a range of cells. The smallest unit is the entire sheet, or a page of the sheet if it is too big to print on one piece of paper. Buit you can do this:
Select the cells you want to print
It will paste into Preview as a vector (?) image of the cells, not a fixed resolution raster image, so it will print out nicely. But it will be centered on the page; there is no page layout capability.
The "Numbers way" to print out a range of cells is to either have those cells in a separate table on a separate sheet so you can print them alone or have a table on a separate sheet that pulls in the data using formulas and print that table.

They are different apps with different paradigms. With Excel you MUST print a subset of the cells because a worksheet is a huge monolithic grid of mostly empty cells that would require reams and reams of paper to print. Numbers was designed around "sheets" with individual smaller tables.
