In built Dolby Atmos plugin in Logic Pro doesn't work

In built Dolby Atmos plugin in the logic pro doesnt work. I have selected the project as Spatial Audio 7.1.2

and selected the binaural out. tracks meter is running but the master meters doesnt run. The output is set to surround. I dont know what I am missing. I looked into multuple tutorials and all of theirs work right away. Please help
