Can I access an older version of Logic Pro for High Sierra after purchase?

Is there any way to confirm that I will be able to access an older version of Logic through the App store that is compatible with High Sierra if I purchase Logic on a newer system first? I don't want to spend the $200 only to find out I can't get the older version.
