After updating my MacBook to macOS 26, the launchpad is showing all the apps from my iPhone as well. This makes my MacBook look unprofessional since I use it mainly for work. How can I prevent this from happening and remove those iPhone apps?

I found the solution. Follow these steps:
Settings -> spotlight -> Result from system and turn off iPhone Apps.

I tried this and it didn't work.
What's weird is that I did have that option but I just looked at it and now those 3 dots are missing. No control button is there at all

You must first link to your iPhone through the iPhone mirroring app on your Mac.
Settings -> Spotlight -> scroll down for 'Results from System' and turn off iPhone Apps
