I have had my Apple Watch Series 10 jet black for about 1 month. The back of the watch looks damaged and in the last 24 hours or so I have have had irritation, even feels like burns. I will stop wearing, can't schedule appointment at an Apple Store for 3 days. It appears to me the back of the watch irregularities and skin rash/burns are related... I don't remember rash/burns before I observed this back of the watch problems.

Have you tried to clean the back of the watch? It is well within the realm of possibility that something got under the watch, got stuck to it and irritated your skin.
Regardless, stop wearing it. Wash your skin with mild soap and water. If the rash doesn't start to go away in a couple of days, contact your doctor.

I have cleaned off the watch numerous times since I started wearing it, daily. Something different has happened. I also have stopped wearing it today and I have an appointment at an Apple Store to have it looked at.
