I have used Prosoft Data Rescue successfully for many years. You can download a free copy to scan your drive to see what it can recover. The free download can also recover up to 1GB data but to recover more than that you must purchase the product.

But you must understand that no product can guarantee 100% recovery of deleted data. There are many things about the disk and the deleted files that affect the recoverability of individual files or folders. I'd say that 80% recovery is pretty good. And recovery from an SSDs is much more difficult than from HDDs due to the way data is stored & erased (deleted) on an SSD.

If you were able to recover 79%, then consider yourself extremely lucky. I doubt any other utility will do any better.

Take this as one of those hard earned life lessons and start backing up your computer and all external media (including the cloud) which contains important & unique data. Backups are the most reliable way of recovering data when something goes wrong, as long as the backup is made prior to any issues. The more important the data, then the more backup copies you should have. You can use Apple's built-in Time Machine app in macOS and/or use a third party option.

FYI, there are a lot more new ways to permanently lose access to the data stored on the internal SSD of the recent Macs due to all of the hardware, software, and security changes. Most times there will be no way to access or recover data if a problem occurs.

3-2-1 Rescue Plan

If you have used or are using Time Machine Backup Utility  you maybe able to Restore the Deleted Files

If have not being using a Rescue Plan, suggest you put one in place

FYI - even if you were to have the computer put with Professional Mac-Centic Company that specializes is Dat Recovery

That would feel you up front, that maybe able to recovery some data but not ALL Data

Computers that have a SSD Drive use TRIM which will over-write deleted data making is available to use again

That in and of itself will make any Data Recovery almost impossible

For future purposes

To truly protect your non replaceable Data

Have a 3-2-1 Rescue Plan in place and always current

3 Backups using 2 methods and 1 off site incase of natural disaster or un-natural disaster.

Each of the above should be done to a Dedicated Single Purposed External Drive

As i read your reply and get to know about data backup plan with TM backup utility but here thing is that i am looking solution for 100% data recovery which have been already deleted from my Macbook Pro. that is secondary part which is you are telling me because once i will get my data back i will save into another or another drive then only your suggestion will work.
