How can I resolve iTunes Certifying Authority error on Windows 7?

I have an older computer dedicated for my Original Ipod. Running Windows 7 Itunes 12.10.11.2

It has been running fine for a long time.

I am now getting the following error

"The Certificate for the server was signed by an unknown certifying authority "

I found a possible Date/time solution online. My date was off. I reset the date and time. No Help

I removed Itunes and reloaded it. No help

Please let me know any options I can try .
