Apple Arcade subscription not recognized on new iPhone

I just got the 17 pro this weekend and have Apple One on it (as I did in my old phone). Apple Music, TV+ and iCloud+ all work like usual, but Apple Arcade is telling me I need to subscribe to it (despite it working a few days ago on my old phone). How can I activate my subscription?

Hi,

Go into settings, click on your name and then open subscriptions.

If it shows as inactive, this is why - are you using the same Apple ID as your old

phone?

I am using the same ID, but under subscriptions, it no longer lists Apple Arcade. It now says “app store.”
