Restoring from iCloud corrupts my new Mac mini and MacBook Air during restore

This has happened on my MacBook Pro, MacBook Air and now on my new MacMini. Each time I restored form my iCloud backup, each device began having Finder issues, no folders or files on Desktop; when installing backup from iCloud, hundreds of files then shows up with folders for a while, then disappears from desktop.

I believe one of the backups on iCloud is corrupted or has malware fault. How do I access all backups on iCloud to delete them?

My iPhone will not backup to iCloud either and keeps flagging that I need to backup now?

Help!! Thanks

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 15.6
