can't get itunes to download all my music (new laptop) - network connection reset

Downloaded itunes onto laptop (windows 11) - it won't download all the music in my library - just keeps telling me "network connection has been reset". I've tried so many of the suggested solutions I've found online. I don't know what else to try - it's incredibly frustrating. I've never had an issue before. Help!

Every time I try to create the library again it download different tracks (ie the errors are not with the same songs each time!).
