Apple said that 2019 and above device's will receive the Mac OS Tahoe. But I haven't received that update what about you guys?

I would point out there is only one out of four 2019 MacBook Pros listed as compatible. The 16" MBP.

Certainly been running Tahoe since it was released and first popped up in Settings>General>Software Update
on a 2019 16" MBP.
If you qualify and don't see it query using the Terminal.app copy & paste:
softwareupdate -l
Still can’t seem to find it on my 16” MacBook pro 2019
