MP4 Not Syncing from Apple Devices (PC App) to iPhone

I’m an iPhone 14 Pro Max and PC (Not Mac) user.

I recently upgraded to iOS 26 and downloaded/used “Apple Devices” as iTunes on PC no longer syncs photos, videos and everything else except for Podcast.

When I synched from my laptop to iPhone, using Apple Devices for the first time for a couple of new photos and videos (Short reels), it synced all photos, but none of the videos (All in MP4).  I made sure that, “Including Videos” was marked and then tried to sync again, but no success.

I unchecked “Including Videos,” synched photos only (all videos removed from my phone), rechecked “Including Videos” and synced again.  As of now, I have no mp4 video files in “Photo” app on my phone.

Any idea what I have done wrong and how I can correct this, so that I can have all the old video files (All personal short reels or clips) + the new video files that I would like to sync to my iPhone?

I’m only guessing iOS 26 may not be compatible on iPhone 14 and I may need more recent models (15 or higher), but…
