I am able to have a timer in the bottom of another screen?

I use a Mac for chapel services, and I would like to put a timer at the bottom of another screen via an HDMI projector. I don't want it to cover the whole screen, because the wallpaper is used for a message. Something where I control it on my Mac screen, and the timer shows on another screen. And if I close the window controlling the timer, I can close the timer on the other screen. That would be amazing. Is that possible?
