Keychain using wrong password

I have asked this question before and got no replies. But it is now worse than before as I have the same problem with three totally unconnected websites.

Keychain is entering the wrong password when I try to login to the three different sites. They are Evri (a UK courier service), MediVet (my veterinary practice) and The Rambers (UK walking/hiking charity). These websites have nothing to do with each other. The only common factor is that their login website ends with eu.auth0.com. When I try to login to one site, Keychain enters the password for one of the other sites.

Any ideas how I can stop this happening? Thanks
