I can't add an e-sim to my iPhone, I just don't have a button to add e-sim. Help me solve this problem, I've already done everything I could

Possible reason: your iPhone 16 ProMax specific model was manufatured for China, HongKong, Macao markets (those models do NOT accetp eSIMs , just physical SIM cards).
Contact your cellular carrier/provider and ask them.
