Authentication call keeps hanging up on me

I am trying to get into my devices and it is requiring two-step authentication. However, when it calls the landline that I have associated with the account, it keeps hanging up on me and I don't get the code. Then I get locked out of attempts to have it call. What gives? I need this to get services to students.
