Copying complete music library from Mac Studio to MacBook without duplicates

I have a Mac Studio that has my complete music library, burned from personal CDs.. I also have MacBook Pro, which only has selected music that I synced to my iPhone. No dowloaded music is included.

What is the easiest way to copy my Mac studio library to my mac book without creating duplicate songs?
