Podcasts Connect Page Issue

When I go to podcastsconnect.apple.com I get this error:

ITC.Provider.PCC.Setup.Title

It's happening on Safari, Chrome and my iPhone. Chat claims the site is not down. Why can't I get to Podcasts Connect?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.0
