Apple Education payment discrepancy for MacBook and headphones

There are only 3 days left for Apple Education. I just placed an order, and the MacBook came with headphones. I chose to pay with Visa, and now only 829 for the headphones was deducted, so the total is actually 4069. Is this normal? I thought it was a one-time payment. I want to know if this is the case for everyone who has purchased from Apple Education. I'm a little worried. Will 829 be deducted from the 4069 later?
