Phones that spontaneously turn off are 99% caused by a failed battery coincidental with iOS update. Don’t waitfor a software fix.
Does your iPhone 13 still have it’s original battery ?

What troubleshooting steps have you done?
I haven't taken any steps because the update can't be undone. I'm writing for help. If I had managed to do it myself, I wouldn't be writing, right?
