I see all these people raving about the new update online, but I hate it. It makes my phone glitch and work slower. Then I find out I can’t delete it. It’s about 2 cause me 2 cross over to the other side. Any advice on this matter?

Many users, including myself, found the phone worked much better after a couple days. I also reduced transparency and motion, as well as adjusting contrast. After that, I was better able to concentrate on the changes that are helpful.

Settings > Accessibility > Display & text size > Reduce Transparency = ON
Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Reduce Motion = ON
If visually impaired, you may also have to increase contrast.
