The first tab has a menu bar dark grey, all other tabs are normal (menu bar is black). Duplicated the file and the problem remains. Restart , etc. - no change.
All other Numbers files are ok.

If you don't want it to change its shade then you can try going to System Settings > Accessibility > Display and turning on 'Reduce transparency'.

Found the solution.
When in dark mod and scrolling up , the black menu bar changes its shade.

Yes, two screenshots. When working on my "Year Expenses", the menu bar and the tab colors are lighter ( more Grey) than normal. When working in the "2025" tab ( or any other tab) the menu bar and the tab color have their normal sharp color. All other Number documents are fine.

Not sure what I'm looking at here. You seem to have two different screenshots in one.
The "tab" for the active sheet should have a different color from the others. Isn't that what you are seeing?
