Unable to access MacBook Pro after changing password

I cannot get into my Mac. I had face recognition enabled on my phone and I must not have updated my password in my password keeper because I got locked out of my Mac when I typed in what I thought was my password. I went into my phone settings gs and changed my Apple password but it still won’t let me into my Mac and it says I am locked out for 58 minutes. Try again later. I don’t know how I am supposed to log o to my computer.
