Apple will need to check and inspect the phone. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop.

You can find a list of authorized service shops in your area using this link: Find Locations

It will be up to Apple to decide on what will happen next.

(As users......just like you....the people on this user-to-user site cannot speak for Apple.

Same thing for me. But a friend of mine with better eyes noticed it. Now I cannot unsee it. Same bottom right corner , case since day one no drop. Did apple replaced it or they treated as if the user dropped it?

also the rest of the corners seem slightly off on this level of macro photo but that bottom right corner is obvious.

As before ask Apple https://support.apple.com

We can't help, but news will probably not be good. They do have sensors they can check.

It really doesn't matter what Apple may or may not have done for someone else's iPhone. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to Apple.

This is a user to user only forum. We can't speak for Apple here. You'll need to take the phone to your closest Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to Apple --> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

It seems inconceivable an iPhone 17 Pro Max, which is milled from a single piece of aluminum and has a unibody frame could be bent to begin with. But you'll need to show it to Apple in-person.

The same has happened on my iPhone 17 pro. I bought it last week and the frame has somehow bent away from the speaker even though I have never dropped it.

Nice try, but that is NOT an iPhone 17 Pro. You can tell from the microphone and speaker openings, which are nowhere near what a new iPhone 17 Pro would look like
