how can I avoid annoying white colors in Thaoe OS?

I just updated to Mac OS 26 and I don't like the annoying white colors, especially in Mail, Finder, Settings.

Is there any way to modify them other than choosing dark aspect?

No. That's the point of Dark Mode.
