iPhone 17 software update stuck with empty progress bar, also not detecting old iPhone during setup

Software update on iphone 17 is stuck, no progression, bar is empty, also not finding my old iphone during setup, phone js fully charged and brand new!

Well im getting somewhere now, i completed setup without transferring or updating anything, i got into settings and updated from there and seems to be moving now!
