Issue resolved: Cannot access primary account holders account.

I have no clue what I did to my account. Under settings I cannot click my account as its grey-ed out. I have a family account and I put a restriction on my daughters Icloud account to not allow access to websites such as Safari. Now I cannot even access the web or download it under the App store. I continue to get a message that says I am restricted. I even unlocked all the restrictions under her account hoping this would unlock it without prevail. Please help.
