Strange MacBook Pro listed in "iCloud's look for my devices"

Dear all reader, when I perform administration on the iCloud with the use of zoekmijn (lookformydevices) I discover a strange device. A MacBook Pro is being used as admin system in Amsterdam. I can send a delete all and remove from item list but why is it on my device list and what are the consequences ?
