Hello, I have lost my Apple ID recovery key. I cannot turn it off or replace it because it always asks for the old recovery key. I still have my trusted phone number and device. Please help me generate a new recovery key or disable the old one.

If you indeed still have a Trusted Device which is signed-in to your Apple Account, simply generate a new key.
Doing so cancels the previous key.

Quit making duplicate posts. You have not responded to any of your previous ones and you are going to find that the duplicates can be deleted along with the valuable information provided in those posts.
