Pages app not recognizing HP printer for printing on iPad Pro

Printing issues


I am using an iPad Pro, with an operating system iOS 18.6.2


I am also using an HP printer. Model HP Envy 6055e. And the panel light that indicates the printer is online is blue, indicating that it is online.


Up until about a week or 5-6 days ago, I was able to print directly from the Pages app. And suddenly, I couldn’t print on my HP printer. It shows the printer as being offline.


But, if I am using a pdf program, I can select a file and print it without any problem. So the printer is online for pdf printing.


And if I use the HP Program, I can print pdf files, but it gives me a selection of files to print, but only pdf files.


What’s happened? 


How do I get Pages to recognize the Printer?


I’ve unplugged the printer for a few minutes, and then replugged it , but got no change.
