Suggestions for MacBookAir or Pro to run QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2021

I have been using QuickBooks Desktop for Mac for a number of years, most recently the 2016 version. All my old Macs running Mojave are fading out. I was able to get a copy of QB Desktop for Mac 2021 and update one of my 2016 "companies" without problem.

I need another Mac laptop that can run the 2021 version. It doesn't have to be new or fancy but just has to meet the following requirements:

Minimum system requirements

• A minimum of Mac OS X v10.15 (Catalina) is needed to install.
• CD/DVD drive or internet connection to download the product.
• Product registration required.
• Intel processor, Core 2 Duo or higher.
• 2 GB RAM (4 GB RAM recommended).
• 250 MB of available storage.

I am running it without problem on an M1 MacMini and a 2018 MacBookPro.

What would be a good, economical laptop to look for?
