Bullets and Lists in Numbers does not appear
I am using Numbers on a Mac and i want to create a list but under Text>Style there is no bullets & lists menu

What kind of list?
Typically in a spreadsheet you would simply enter each item in a separate cell in the same column. That way you can sort, filter, etc.
If you are trying to create a list within a cell , then double-click the cell (so the cursor is flashing within it) and then you will see the Bullets & Lists option under Text > Style.
