Just got a text message from a local business about Messages for Business

Never heard of this before, but perhaps has been around for a while.

There was a pop up asking if I wanted to continue using text messages or agree to Messages for Business. There was some message behind the popup that looked to be offering me some kind of bonus if I accepted, but I could not read it due to the popup.

I rejected initially because I wanted to read first. Now that conversation is no longer present in Messages. I also cannot find any way to turn on Messages for Business for that business should I choose to do so. It's also a bit confusing that I received this as it is not a business I have communicated with (at least recently), but I do shop there.
