No. That would lead to rampant piracy. You pay $9.99, download 10's of thousands of songs and then you get to keep them and listen to them after your subscription expires? Don't think the Music labels would like that.
Do you not see what you are proposing?
Downloading a track from the subscription service does not give you ownership of the track.
You want to be able to listen to songs without a subscription, then buy the track outright.
You don't get to take the equipment from the gym home do you when your subscription ends? You don't get to access the gym if you aren't subscribed either.
