Response:

Give it a day or so. Updates can continue to index file and make minor tweaks after it says ithe device is ready to use. My iPhone was using more power immediately after updating it on Sept 15, but now seems normal.

If after a few days yours does not change, I recommend having Apple evaluate it.

If Allan's good advice is not enough, please try contacting Apple Support in your own language.
