unable to reinstall my music app

I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I am experiencing regarding the restoration of my downloads in the Music app.
I recently uninstalled the Music app and, upon attempting to restore my downloads, I am prompted to sign in using two-factor authentication. Unfortunately, the authentication code is being sent to my old Australian phone number, which I no longer have access to.
I have already updated my Apple ID with my new New Zealand phone number both online and in the settings, but I am still unable to change the two-factor authentication method or receive the code.
Could you please assist me with this issue? I appreciate any help you can provide to resolve this
