Apple Music lapse and everything is gone

I had a lapse in Apple Music for 3-6 months due to personal reasons and I just reinstated it. All of my playlists are gone. I’ve sent them to people in the past so I tried just readownloadin from link in chat but it just tells me “not available in your country or region” when I’m in the same place I made them 🫠 I have memory issues and made playlists for each year, event, etc and they genuinely help me remember. This is really upsetting and I would love a way to fix it pleaaaasssee
