Unable to download medical provider's app due to declined billing verification

Medical bills have wiped me out so my card as been declined for this month’s subscriptions and I won't have money til Friday but I need to download my medical provider's new app to schedule procedure ASAP, is there anyway around the billing verification? This isn't right

I'm very sorry about your situation but the rule is there must be a valid payment method on file before you can download apps. Can you possibly attach a different credit card to your account? Or could someone help you out by providing an Apple gift card? Other possibilities are listed in the link below. I hope it helps.

So I’m prohibited from scheduling a medical procedure because my medical provider only allows me to schedule it on their app, but I can’t download the app because my daughter’s medical bills have wiped me out. There are certain things that should just be able to download like medical provider apps.
