Missing 'Print Tape' function in Calculator app on MacBook

I am very frustrated

I used to use the "print tape" function on the calculator app to proofread my data entry for my calculations, to make sure the calculation was correct. Print tape seems to be gone. This is bad.

There is a history function, but it uses an ellipsis, which hides some of the data entry, so it is not sufficient for me to proofread my entries.

Is there some way to retrieve this lost function?

No, the tape feature has been removed and there is no way to get it back. If this is important to you then you’ll need to look for a third party calculator app that provides it.
