Why are my voice memos titles on macbook pro 2015 now only showing dates?

my macbook pro is from 2015 and has the latest update of macOS Monterey 12.7.6. I saw online that the older Mac OS arent able to decrypt the titles for voice memos. this feels like I'm being forced to buy a new laptop. Can this please be fixed?

Did you just upgrade or point update(?)

it is unclear why this is a new issue on your MBP 2015 your 12.7.6 is the current Monterey July 29, 2024
